The Jewelry Chief 303 uses ethically sourced gems and specimens for a one of a kind jewelry collection. While some items may use 14k plated materials it will state so in the definition.  However most of my handcrafted jewelry uses Gold filled and/or solid sterling silver . Gold filled is NOT PLATED, AND NOT AN OVERLAY. It is a thick bonded and infused greater gold deposit around a nickel free mixed metal core. It will not wear off. It will not tarnish. It will remain a true natural light 14k gold, as it is infused to the metal core that gives your gold support and durability. It will hold its value since it does not wear off. *For solid gold requests please use the contact form and leave a brief description and best time to reach you. I am happy to help you create a precious jewelry piece to keep for the ages. Customer satisfaction is my number one priority. Other materials used, brass, bronze, copper, ceramic, and Swarovski lead based crystals. Natural elements other than gems, like beach stones, beach glass,  wood, hemp, and bovine.
